MTH would not sell me a truck without the mandatory ceramic coating for $1199 and car chief for $499 that's already been installed. They were priced well but refused to give me kbb value for my trade in truck and told me they were assuming all the risk and that KBB was more of a guide. My current truck has no issues at all.
