Denise (sales) and Taylor (finance) were great to work with. Very professional and down to earth. Didn’t try and upsell anything and were very transparent and honest. It was a refreshing change dealership wise. Will definitely look to go back when ready for another truck! I came from out of state as well and paperwork was ready to go. Was at the dealership, including a test drive, for maybe an hour at the most which was appreciated.
Overall good experience thus far. Although my used vehicle has not been delivered just yet. They were responsive and accommodating. Fair on price. Agreed to fix a few door dings on the use vehicle prior to taking possession of it. I would recommend them to others.

Jacob helped narrow down which trucks to look at and to test drive ended up with a nicer truck than I expected too. He was friendly and helpful submitted my credit app and came back the next Saturday after they did the undercoating and basically was in and out in under 20 mins which I appreciated. Plus he helped with the passthrough on my old truck to my parents!

I appreciated being able to work throught 90% of the process via phone ahead of time. I did not apprciate the fact that CarCheif and Coatings are "required", its clear to informed buyers that this is a chance to make a profit margin, while disguising the price as lower. In the end these items end up going into the the total out door price.

By far the best dealership to buy from. We have been looking for a truck for about six months. In the last two weeks of that adventure we were looking at a truck a day. But nothing clicked, from the dealer to the trucks. Same old little town run down uncle Cooter shops, all the same. Bad service, high price sketchy trucks. MTH was very good to deal with, starting with our contact with Talyn. Our sales person, Riley was excellent - very personable, not pushy and helpful. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is I feel the value of our trade-in was a bit low. Still, I am impressed with MTH and I recommend them!

I was very impressed with the service on my Explorer performed by MTH. Upon arrival was greeted by pleasant staff then after going over the to be performed work order which was scheduled to take 2 hours was given a freshly cleaned loaner car. Aaron and Cole went out of there way to make sure everything was done satisfactory. I highly recommend the MTH services.

Nice people where it counts. Service department has been amazing but unfortunately, I know them all by first name and they know me because of the mountain of repairs that have been done on my 2017 Tahoe over the past couple years. Luckily the finance manager talked me into a pretty expensive warranty that has saved me over $13K in repairs but we are coming back in this week with most likely similar repairs that have been done previously. Tried to trade her in last year numbers didn't work.

Extremely helpful and comfortable experience
They were easy to work with. Had an issue with the new truck a coupke of days later and they came to our home an hour and a half away to tow it back for repair no questions asked. Happy with our choice.
Chase was polite and informative through the whole process. The Truck was what I was looking for. The process was really drug out. It took 4 hrs from the time I arrived to the time I left with the truck. The truck was not detailed very well and only had a half tank of gas. I have never bought a vehicle that wasn't nicely detailed and wasn't filled with gas before. All in all happy with the purchase just not the above mentioned service.
MTH has always been good to us, weather it's for a service call or buying a new vehicle. They are trustworthy.
I bought a truck last fall from MTH. The price was right and the team was great to work with. Fast forward a week, and the truck has a transmission failure. I call MTH and told them the issue. They had me bring the truck back, drop it off at the service department and repaired the truck at no cost to me! Thats customer service! Thank you Mat and the team at MTH. Went there to look at a truck I was interested in turns out it sold but I ended up purchasing an SUV instead and my experience there was fantastic given my credit wasn’t the greatest and just recently started a new job a few weeks ago they got me into the SUV I wanted Denise was awesome and friendly along with all the staff I had met there gave me information on every vehicle and made sure I got into the vehicle I wanted given my situation I will definitely be coming here again for my next future purchase!

Was a good experience working with Riley. The process was pretty efficient with no suprises. No high pressuer sales tactics. Even got a good/fair value on the vehicle I traded in. Also appreciate that they post carfax reports for all their vheicles, no charge.
I brought my truck in to be fixed spent $3100 on fixing it, to get it back a week later and I was still having problems I'm very disappointed that they still charged me the service fee when they should've fixed it the first time it was in there. I will never be taking my truck there for repairs again.
Bought a pickup around 2 yrs ago now, 19 RAM. Nick served me well great guy and actually tried to find what I was trying to accomplish, however I wanted something with around 30K for miles he found something with 59,000 miles.
